1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the gbg33 online gaming platform ("Platform") and its users ("Members"). These Terms apply to all services, websites, mobile applications, and related content provided by gbg33.

3 Account Registration

Each member may create and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts.

All information provided at the time of account registration — name, date of birth, contact details — must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing false information will be grounds for account cancellation and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

3.4 Account Ownership

Your account and the balance held in it are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or gift your account, credits, or winnings to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5 Bonuses & Promotions

On your first deposit at gbg33, you will receive a 120% welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳18,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, resulting in a total balance of ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving the welcome bonus, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before any winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete total bets of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• An account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used as gaming credits.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit for using the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.

5.4 VIP Program

The maximum liability will in no case exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

gbg33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If a violation of any of these Terms is detected.
• If inconsistencies are found during identity verification.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected.
• If evidence of the use of unauthorised software or techniques is found.

10.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. It is advised to withdraw all verifiable balances before closing the account.

11 Amendments to Terms

gbg33 reserves the right to partially or fully change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Members will be duly notified before any significant changes take effect — via email or platform notification.
